Do I have to be home during the pick up and drop off?

Absolutely Not! Most of our residential customers aren’t home when we pick up and deliver their dry cleaning. We will supply you with a bag to protect your dry cleaning from the weather, and a hook to hang it from. That way, we can pick it up without you even knowing we were there, and you can go to work, run your errands, or play in the back yard with the kids!

What if I am out of town or going on vacation?

Just give us call at 404-492-3067 or email us at info@drypickup.com and we will hold your clothes for you until the date you provide for us.

What if I don't need dry cleaning every week? Do I have to call?

No, that will not be necessary, if you don't have any dry cleaning simply don't leave out your green bag. We are already in your neighborhood, so it’s no problem for us to drive by and check.

How do I pay?

We make payment easy by automatically billing your credit card before each drop off. We accept all of the major credit card companies.

What if it's raining?

The green bags provided are water proof bags and should keep your clothes dry until your driver picks it up. If you are concerned, just place your clothes inside a plastic bag before you put it in our green DryPickup bag. Your driver will also take precautions on the delivery. If your driver is concerned, a last resort will be holding your order till the next day.

What do I do with extra large items like comforters?

Place these items in front of your door with a note to dry clean; or place the item in a large trash bag with a note. If you are still concerned call us and set an appointment for a on-demand pick up.

I missed my pick up. What can I do?

Not a problem, just call 404-492-3067 and your driver will return as soon as possible to get your order.

How often can I get service?

We provide route service twice a week to your home. Depending on your location, your service days would be Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday.

What is the turn around time?

Turn around time is three working days on dry cleaning & laundry. Other items such as alterations, leather & suede cleaning, rugs and wedding gowns vary per job.

What if I have special instructions for an item?

If you have special instructions for your order simply write it on a piece of paper or sticky note and add it in your bag. It is helpful if you place the item(s) in a separate bag (i.e. grocery bag) inside your garment bag.

How do I remove myself from the voice reminder calls?

Give us a call at 404-492-3067 and we will remove you as soon as possible.

I may need you twice a week, how can I get another green bag?

Give us a call at 404-492-3067 and we will deliver a green bag straight to your door so you can constantly have a green bag at your home.
